Our vibrant neighborhoods are a key reason for Derby’s desirability as a place to call “home,"  and successful HOAs provide multiple benefits to their homeowners and to the community as a whole.

Derby’s HOA Liaison serves as a first point of contact between the City and Derby’s 30+ homeowners associations; responds to questions from residents and city officials about matters of concern to homeowners associations and neighborhoods; directs homeowners & HOAs to appropriate city departments for assistance; facilitates communication and the sharing of information between HOAs; maintains a current list of contacts for each HOA; and uses social media and other resources to make available timely and useful information of interest to HOAs.

Judy Morris, a longtime Derby resident, is Derby’s HOA Liaison and can be available to attend HOA meetings and coordinate with appropriate city officials to speak at HOA meetings.
